چمهوری اسلامی ایران سابقه طولانی در نقض حقوق بشر دارد. جهانیان در جریان اعدام های مخالفین در ملاعام، حذف فیزیکی تمامی

زندانیان سیاسی در تابستان 1367، سنگسار زنان و مردان، قطع دست و پا، شلاق زدن زنان و مردان در ملا عام،شناسایی و دستگیری و به قتل رساندن نویسندگان، فعالین سیاسی و حقوق بشر توسط مامورین وزارت اطلاعات، دستگیری و شکنجه و کشتار روزنامه نگاران، حمله به تظاهرات صلح آمیز، دستگیری،شکنجه و اعدام دانشجویان، دستگیری و شکنجه کارگران، اعدام کودکان زیر 18 سال، تجاوز به زنان زندانی… تنها نمونه کوچکی از نقض حقوق بشر توسط جمهوری اسلامی ایران است.
سعید مرتضوی، دادستان عمومی و انقلاب جمهوری اسلامی ایران، که مسأول دستگیری، شکنجه و قتل " زهرا کاظمی" شناخته شده و متهم درجه اول قتل زهرا کاظمی است، در نشست شورای حقوق بشر در ژنو شرکت کرده و قرار است که روز 22 جون سخنرانی داشته باشد.
حضور وی در شورای حقوق بشر، سیلی محکمی است بر چهره تمامی زندانیان سیاسی که شاهد جنایات سعید مرتضوی بوده اند و همچنین تمامی معتقدین به حقوق بشر و تمامی مردم جهان که نگران نقض حقوق بشر در ایران هستند.

حضور وی در شورای حقوق بشر پیامی است به مردم جهان که جنایتکاران و ناقضین حقوق بشر در مجامعی که برای حفظ حقوق بشر تشکیل شده است می توانند شرکت کنند.

حضور وی در شورای حقوق بشر در ژنو، قدمی است به عقب برای دفاع از حقوق بشر است در مقابل دولت هایی است که تاریخ روشنی در نقض حقوق بشر دارند.


سعید مرتضوی بایستی دستگیر و به چرم چنایت بر علیه بشریت محاکمه شود.
ما شدیدا شورای حقوق بشر را برای اجازه حضور یک متهم به جنایت در نشست شورا، و اجازه سخنرانی ایشان به عنوان نماینده ما ایرانیان در مورد حقوق بشر، محکوم می کنیم.

ما تمام مبلغین حقوق بشر را دعوت می کنیم که صدای اعتراض خود را برای این توهین که به همه ما تحمیل شده به گوش جهانیان برسانند.

دولت ها ممکن است که سعی در حفظ منافع اقتصادی روابطی که با یکدیگر دارند باشند، اما مردم جهان می بایست که برای حفظ حقوق انسانی خویش در برابر جنایتکارانی چون سعید مرتضوی که سعی دارند خود را نماینده ما جلوه دهند، دخالت کنند.



ما از شما تقاضا داریم که در چالش برای دستگیری و تحویل سعید مرتضوی به دادگاه جنایی بین المللی به جرم جنایت علیه بشریت یاری کنید.

We urge all the Human rights advocates to raise their voice against this humiliation that has been imposed on us. The entry of illicit Islamic regime to Human rights Council has been denied because of its incredibility and human right abuses.

Some democratic governments may act to protect the economic benefits they enjoy by appeasements and having ties with totalitarian despotic Islamic regime in Iran, but the people of the world must get involved to protect themselves against the criminals such as ill-famed Saeed Mortazavi who are trying to pose himself as our representatives.

Sa présence lors de la session du Conseil de droits de l'Homme est une claque au visage de tous les prisonniers politiques survivants qui ont été des témoins des crimes commis par Saeed Mortazavi, et de tous les défenseurs des droits de l'Homme, et de la communauté internationale qui est préoccupée par la violation des droits de l'Homme en l'Iran .
Sa présence envoie un message à la communauté internationale comme quoi les meurtriers sont les bienvenus au sein d'une commission internationale qui tente d'assurer la protection des droits de l'Homme.
Sa présence au Conseil des droits de l'Homme à Genève est un retour en arrière dans la protection des peuples contre les gouvernements qui violent les droits de l'Homme.
Saeed Mortazavi doit être arrêté et poursuivi pour crimes contre l'humanité.
Nous condamnons fermement le Conseil des Droits de l'Homme d'autoriser un criminel à assister en tant que représentant du peuple iranien et à tenir un discours concernant les droits de l'Homme.

The Prime Suspect in Zahra Kazemi's Murder is in Geneva

The Islamic Republic of Iran has a long history of violating human rights. The world community has been aware of public executions of the dissidents, elimination of all the political prisoners in the summer of 1988, stoning to death of women and men, mutilation and public flogging of men and women, targeting and murdering writers, political and human rights activists committed by the intelligence ministry officials, arresting, torturing and imprisoning journalists, attacking peaceful demonstrators, arresting , torturing and killing student demonstrators, arresting and torturing workers, execution of children under the age of 18, raping women prisoners. These are just a few examples of human rights violation in Islamic Republic of Iran.

Saeed Mortazavi, the public prosecutor of Islamic Republic of Iran, whose responsibility in the arrest, torture and murder of Zahra(Ziba) kazemi ( the Canadian Iranian Journalist) has been clearly established, and is the prime suspect in that case, is attending the Human Rights Council meeting in Geneva. There are reports that he will deliver a speech on June 22.

His presence in the Human Rights Council meeting is a slap to the face of all the surviving political prisoners who have been witness to the crimes committed by Saeed Mortazavi, and all the defenders of human rights, and members of the world community concerned about the violation of human rights in Iran.

His presence sends a message to the world community that the murderers are welcomed in international gatherings which attempt to ensure the protection of human rights.

His presence in the Human Rights Council meeting in Geneva is a step back in protectiong people against goverments with a clear history of violation of human rights.

Saeed Mortazavi must be arrested and prosecuted for his crimes against humanity.
We strongly condemn the Human Rights Council for allowing a crime suspect to sit as the representative of Iranian people and deliver a speech on Human Rights.
